摘　　要：药用植物丹参常异花授粉,生态适应强,种质资源丰富,药用价值高。生产上随意引种和管理不规范造成中药材丹参种源混乱、质量不稳定,其遗传多样性及种质资源鉴定研究不足。本文从形态学特征、活性物质、分子标记技术等方面对丹参种质资源鉴定的研究进展进行了综述,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了相关建议,以期为进一步开展丹参种质资源的分子鉴定、合理开发利用与新品种选育等提供参考。Salvia miltiorrhiza,a medicinal herb,is often cross pollinated,with strong ecological adaptability,rich germplasm resources and high medicinal value.However,its random introduction and nonstandard management have resulted in chaotic sources,unstable quality and insufficient research on genetic diversity and germplasm resources identification.In this paper,the research progress on germplasm resources identification of Salvia miltiorrhiza was reviewed from the aspects of morphological traits,active substances and molecular marker technology.The existent problems were analyzed and suggestions put forward for reference in further researches on the molecular identification,rational development and utilization,novel variety breeding,etc.
