心理护理对食管癌手术病人负面情绪与并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌手术患者采用心理护理的价值。方法纳入125例食管癌手术患者(2018年1月~2021年2月),采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=62,采用常规护理)、观察组(n=63,采用心理护理),统计两组负性情绪评分、并发症率、护理效果、应对方式评分。结果(1)负性情绪评分:观察组抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分为31.25±4.92分、焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分为32.44±4.91分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)并发症率:观察组(4.76%)低于对照组(16.13%)(P<0.05)。(3)护理效果:观察组5项指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)应对方式评分:观察组面对评分高于对照组,回避评分、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在食管癌手术患者护理中效果确切,可改善心理状态及疾病应对方式,亦可降低并发症率,缩短康复所需时间。Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing in patients with esophageal cancer surgery.Methods 125 patients with esophageal cancer were included in the study(January 2018 to February 2021).They were randomly divided into the control group(n=62,using routine nursing)and the observation group(n=63,using psychological nursing).The negative emotion score,complication rate,nursing effect and coping style score of the two groups were counted.Results(1)Negative emotion score:the scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS)(31.25±4.92)and self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)(32.44±4.91)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Complication rate:the observation group(4.76%)was lower than the control group(16.13%),P<0.05.(3)Nursing effect:5 indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Coping style score:the observation group face points higher than the control group,avoidance points,yield points lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with esophageal cancer surgery is exact,which can improve the psychological state and disease coping style,reduce the complication rate and shorten the recovery time,which is worthy of reference.
