摘 要:针对梯级水电站汛前调度中电站机组检修和发电计划安排与电网调峰需求间的矛盾关系,构建了梯级水电站机组检修与发电计划的汛前联合随机优化模型。该模型以梯级水电发电效益期望值最大为目标,通过电网对梯级水电的汛前日调峰需求确保水电机组检修计划的合理安排,避免了水电集中检修导致的调峰能力不足。同时,模型通过改进的K-means聚类方法构建了汛前梯级电站多种典型来水场景以表征汛前来水的随机性,并通过对大型水库的汛前水位消落控制约束及中长期合约电量约束保证了梯级水电汛前发电计划的可行性及实用性。通过有效的线性化方法将所建模型转换为混合整数规划实现高效求解。以我国贵州省北盘江流域梯级4座水电站的实例应用表明,所提模型可在满足电网汛前调峰能力的前提下,保证大型电站水位的平稳消落,实现机组检修计划和发电计划的双重优化制作。In view of the contradictory relationship between the unit maintenance and generation planning of the cascade hydropower plants and the peak shaving requirements of the power grids before the flood season,a joint stochastic optimization model of the unit maintenance and the generation planning for the cascade hydropower plants before the flood season is constructed.The model aims to maximize the expected benefits of the cascade hydropower generation.The reasonable arrangement of the hydropower unit maintenance plan is ensured,avoiding the lack of peak shaving capacity caused by the centralized hydropower maintenance by considering the peak shaving demand of the power grid for the cascade hydropower.At the same time,through the improved K-means clustering method,the model constructs a variety of typical water inflow scene sets of the cascade hydropower plants before the flood season to characterize the randomness of the water inflows.The feasibility and practicability of the pre-flood power generation plan of the cascade hydropower are guaranteed through the water level falling constraints before the flood season for large reservoirs and the constraints of medium and long-term contract electricity.The model is transformed into the mixed integer programming in the effective linearization methods and is solved efficiently.The application of the 4 hydropower plants in the North Panjiang River area in Guizhou province shows that the proposed model ensures the stability of the water level falling of the large hydropower plant under the premise of satisfying the peak shaving demand before the flood season,and achieves the bi-level optimization of the maintenance plan and the generation plan.
