摘　　要：混合储能资源逐渐成为了能源市场中的重要辅助调节手段,提出了一种辅助服务市场中混合储能系统功率分层协调控制策略。首先,建立了以提升系统技术经济性指标为目标的混合储能参与调频服务的日前与实时优化模型。基于优化结果,定义混合储能系统费用系数,依据系统各部分费用系数的大小关系,确定上层策略中对功率指令的响应优先级。在此基础上,提出不同储能介质间的下层功率协调分配策略,依据电池储能荷电状态,设置超级电容储能运行规则以保证系统处于调频服务最优目标区域。最后,仿真结果表明,相比于传统功率分配策略,所提策略可提升调频服务利润21.4%,相比于纯电池储能系统,提出的策略可缩短投资回收期1.4年,提升了混合储能系统提供调频辅助服务的技术经济性。Hybrid energy storage resources have gradually become an important auxiliary adjustment in the energy market.This paper proposes a hierarchical power coordinated allocation strategy.First,a day-ahead and real-time optimization model of hybrid energy storage participating in the frequency regulation services with the goal of improving the system’s technical and economic indicators is established.Based on the optimization results,the cost coefficient of the hybrid energy storage system is defined.The response priority of the power command in the upper-level strategy is determined according to the relationship between the cost coefficients of each part of the system.On this basis,a coordinated distribution strategy of the lower-level power between different energy storage media is proposed.According to the state of charge of battery energy storage,the operation rules of the super-capacitor energy storage are set to ensure that the system is in the optimal target area for the frequency regulation services.Finally,the simulation results show that compared with the traditional power allocation strategy,this strategy increases the profit of the frequency regulation services by 21.4%,shortens the investment payback period by 1.4 years,and improves the technical economy of the hybrid energy storage system to provide the frequency regulation services.
