摘 要:针对传统的工作面防尘系统已无法满足大采高综采工作面的降尘防尘要求,提出采用喷雾负压二次降尘技术。通过分析大采高综采工作面粉尘特性以及运动理论,对喷嘴进行选型以及雾化降尘装置、液压支架喷雾负压二次降尘装置、挡尘帘设计,完成了大采高综采工作面防尘系统的设计研究。通过系统测试表明,该系统降尘效果明显,呼吸性粉尘与全尘降尘率为90.63%、91.84%,符合除尘系统设计要求。In view of the fact that the traditional dust control system at the working face can no longer meet the dust reduction and dust control requirements of the large mining face,a pressure secondary dust reduction technology is proposed.By analysing the dust characteristics and movement theory of the large mining face,selecting the nozzles and designing the atomised dust reduction device,the negative pressure secondary dust reduction device for the hydraulic support and the dust curtain system,the design study of the dust reduction system for the large mining face was completed.Through the system test,the dust reduction effect of the system is obvious,and the dust reduction rate of respiratory dust and total dust is 90.63% and 91.84%,which meets the design requirements of dust removal system.
