摘　　要：圆角滚压强化是一种提高螺栓抗疲劳性能的工艺方法。简述了螺栓圆角滚压强化的定义和机理、滚压强化方式和工装结构,介绍了滚轮圆角半径的选择原则、滚压强化控制参数,并对滚压强化的操作流程作了详细的说明,以提升螺栓使用寿命。Corner rolling strengthening is a process method to improve the fatigue resistance of bolts.The definition and mechanism of bolt fillet rolling strengthening,rolling strengthening method and tooling structure are briefly described.The principles of selecting the radius of the fillet of the rollers,the control parameters of rolling strengthening are introduced,and the operation process of rolling strengthening is explained in detail to improve the service life of the bolts.
