摘　　要：为进一步提升刮板输送机的运输效率和安全性,解决刮板输送机链传动系统故障率较高的问题,通过建立刮板输送机链传动系统模型,分别对动力学、圆环链之间接触、圆环链与链轮接触的数值模拟展开仿真分析,并根据链传动系统的仿真结果,提出了减小应力集中的优化建议。In order to further improve the transportation efficiency and safety of scraper conveyor and solve the problem of high failure rate of scraper conveyor chain drive system,the simulation analysis is carried out by establishing the model of scraper conveyor chain drive system,numerical simulation of kinetics,contact between circular chain and contact between circular chain and sprocket respectively,and the optimization suggestions to reduce stress concentration are proposed according to the simulation results of chain drive system.
