摘 要:针对某煤炭企业巷道大断面普通锚杆支护存在的问题,借助有限元仿真分析软件,研究不同锚杆长度和预应力数值条件下锚杆支护应力分布情况,据此确定预应力锚杆支护参数,并开展实际应用。结果表明,预应力锚杆支护工作较为稳定,取得了主动支护的效果,在预应力锚杆支护情况下,巷道顶板月沉降量降低近11%,巷道左右侧帮膨胀位移降低了近7.5%,提高了煤炭巷道内部锚杆支护的可靠性,保证了巷道内部作业的安全性。With the help of finite element simulation software,the stress distribution of anchor support under different anchor lengths and prestressing values was investigated to determine the parameters of prestressing anchor support for a large section of a coal tunnel,and practical application was carried out.The results show that the prestressed anchor rod support is stable and achieves the effect of active support.Under the condition of prestressed anchor rod support,the monthly settlement of the roadway roof is reduced by nearly 11% and the expansion displacement of the left and right side gang of the roadway is reduced by nearly 7.5%,which improves the reliability of the anchor rod support inside the coal roadway and ensures the safety of the operation inside the roadway.
