摘 要:基于15202运输顺槽掘进期间,巷道受构造应力影响围岩出现破碎现象,导致顶板出现局部冒漏、顶板支护失效率高以及支护难度大等技术难题,掌石沟煤矿技术科通过技术研究,决定对原顶板支护进行优化改进,提出了“超前注浆+锚索梯形梁棚+桁架锚杆”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后顶板下沉量由原来的0.42 m降低为0.14 m,顶板空顶距由原来的1.8 m降低为0.4 m,保证了巷道安全掘进,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the technical problems that the surrounding rocks of the roadway are fractured by the tectonic stress during the tunneling of 15202 transportation chute in Panshi Gou coal mine,which leads to localized leakage of the roof,high failure rate of roof support and difficult support,the technical section of Panshi Gou coal mine decided to optimize and improve the original roof support through technical research,and proposed the joint support technology of "over-slurrying + anchor rope trapezoidal shed + truss anchor".Through the practical application effect,the top plate sinkage is reduced from 0.42 m to 0.14 m after adopting the joint support technology,and the top plate empty roof distance is reduced from 1.8 m to 0.4 m,which ensures the safety of roadway digging and achieves significant application effect.
