摘 要:针对矿井掘进过程中传统的临时支护工艺所存在的安全性能差、施工耗时长等问题,基于煤矿掘进作业机械化施工的必要性,提出使用全液压房柱式门框临时支护系统工艺代替现有支护形式。介绍了该支护系统原理及工艺步骤,并进行应用前景分析。结果表明,该临时支护系统工艺解决了传统临时支护工艺的诸多弊端,实现了机械化锚护作业,具有广泛的应用前景。In view of the poor safety performance and long construction time of the traditional temporary support technology in the process of mine excavation,and based on the necessity of mechanized construction in coal mine excavation,the fully hydraulic room and pillar type door frame temporary support system technology is proposed to replace the existing support form.The temporary support system solves many of the disadvantages of the traditional temporary support process and realises the mechanised anchor protection operation,which has a wide application prospect.
