综采工作面设备快速搬家安装技术应用

摘　　要：传统综采工作面设备搬家存在安装速度慢、设备衔接不到位以及设备安装质量差等问题,不仅制约着工作面正常衔接,而且影响到工作面后期安全回采。针对此情况,雁崖矿准备区通过技术研究,对8311工作面设备采用单通道双翼回撤工艺,对8312工作面采取安全快速安装工艺,通过实际应用效果来看,取得了显著应用成效。There are problems such as slow installation speed,poor equipment connection and poor quality of equipment installation in the traditional comprehensive mining working face equipment moving,which not only restrict the normal connection of the working face,but also affect the safe recovery of the working face later.In response to this situation,the preparation area of Yangya Mine adopted the single-channel double-wing retrieval process for 8311 working face equipment and the safe and rapid installation process for 8312 working face through technical research,and achieved significant application results through practical application.
