摘 要:矿井提升机作为煤矿生产中的主要运输设备,担负井下矿石的提升、物料的下放和人员的运送任务。为了提高矿井提升机驱动系统的工作效率,对矿井提升机原有驱动系统进行优化设计,对主电路、驱动模块电路、外围电路等进行针对性设计,并对控制系统回路的硬件设备选型进行分析,给出了系统软件程序、中断程序、MRAS子程序、滑模速度控制程序的工作流程。分析优化后的应用效果表明,优化后的变频驱动系统能够降低120万元的维修成本,且能够有效提升工作效率,为提升机变频驱动系统优化作出一定的参考,为矿井高效开采提供依据。As the main transport equipment in coal mine production,the mine hoist is responsible for the lifting of ore,the lowering of materials and the transportation of personnel underground.In order to improve the efficiency of the mine hoist drive system,the original drive system of the mine hoist is optimised and designed,the main circuit,drive module circuit and peripheral circuit are designed in a targeted way,and the hardware equipment selection of the control system circuit is analysed,and the workflow of the system software program,interrupt program,MRAS subroutine and slide mode speed control program are given.The analysis of the optimised application effect shows that the optimised variable frequency drive system can reduce the maintenance cost of 1.2 million RMB and can effectively improve the working efficiency,which makes a certain reference for the optimisation of the hoist variable frequency drive system and provides a basis for efficient mining.
