摘  要:为了解决无极绳连续牵引车长距离运输易发生故障的问题,设计一款无极绳连续牵引车监控系统。该系统通过无线方式进行信号采集,利用工业以太网进行数据传输、无线视频监控及数据图像采集,实现了绞车在梭车道内人与设备、人与人和设备与设备间的信息互联。通过对设计的监控系统进行地面及地下试验,发现监控系统能够有效运行,传输图像清晰度高,可为矿井无极绳连续牵引车安全运行提供保障。In order to solve the problem that the induction rope continuous haul truck is prone to failure in long-distance transportation,a monitoring system for induction rope continuous haul truck is designed.The system carries out signal acquisition by wireless means,and uses industrial Ethernet for data transmission,wireless video monitoring and data image acquisition to realize information interconnection between man and equipment,man and man,and equipment and equipment in the shuttle road of the winch.Through surface and underground tests of the designed monitoring system,it is found that the monitoring system can operate effectively and transmit images with high definition,which can provide guarantee for the safe operation of the induction rope continuous traction car in the mine.
