摘　　要：为了提高综采工作面带式输送机安装效率及安装质量、缩短输送机安装周期、保证带式输送机安装后安全稳定运行,机电科通过技术研究,对8119工作面DTL型带式输送机采取一套安全快速安装工艺。通过实际应用效果来看,与8108工作面带式输送机安装工艺相比,8119工作面带式输送机安装周期缩短了2.5 d,输送机安装后在后期运行过程中故障率降低了15%,有效保证了工作面安全、高效回采,取得了显著应用成效。In order to improve the installation efficiency and quality of the belt conveyor at the comprehensive mining face,shorten the installation period of the conveyor and ensure the safe and stable operation of the belt conveyor after installation,the Mechanical and Electrical Section adopts a set of safe and rapid installation technology for the DTL-type belt conveyor at the 8119 working face through technical research.Compared with the installation process of belt conveyor at 8108 working face,the installation period of belt conveyor at 8119 working face is shortened by 2.5 d.The failure rate of the conveyor after installation is reduced by 15% in the later operation process,which effectively ensures the safe and efficient recovery of the working face and achieves significant application results.
