摘 要:针对直觉模糊环境下属性权重信息已知的多属性决策问题进行探究,从投票模型的角度提出一种综合考虑直觉模糊数隶属度、非隶属度以及犹豫度的改进得分函数。讨论该改进得分函数的相关性质,并在此基础上给出了一种新的直觉模糊数排序方法,通过数值算例将本文得分函数与其它得分函数进行分析比较,验证了该得分函数的合理性。结合直觉模糊混合平均算子提出一种直觉模糊多属性决策方法,应用于卫星组网调度方案的决策,决策结果说明该方法是可行和有效的,为属性权重信息已知的直觉模糊多属性决策问题提供了一种新的解决思路。The multi-attribute decision-making problem with known attribute weight information in intuitionistic fuzzy environment is explored in this paper.From the perspective of voting model,an improved score function considering membership,non-membership and hesitation of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is proposed.It is discussed that the related properties of the improved score function,and on this basis,a new method about intuitionistic fuzzy numbers ranking is given.Using the numerical examples,the improved score function is compared with other score functions,and the rationality of this score function is verified.An intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method is proposed based on the intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid average operator.The feasibility and effectiveness of this method are further illustrated by applicated in a satellite network scheduling scheme decision-making example,which provides a new solution to the intuitionistic fuzzy multiattribute decision-making problem with known attribute weight information.
