摘　　要：有效的药品价格管理,既是医药卫生政策的重要组成部分,也是建立健全药品供应体系的重要保障。2021年,海南省创新医药招采价格引导机制,横向获取全国各省市挂网价,纵向比较本省采购价,设置销售和采购行为监测指标,开展实时在线价格分析监测,并对医药企业与医院进行积分考核和信用评价等全过程数字化管理。本文总结海南省医药招采价格引导机制主要做法、创新点及其成效,为医药招采价格引导机制和信用评价制度政策扩散提供借鉴。Effective drug price management is not only an important part of the medical and health policy, but also an important guarantee for the establishment of a sound drug supply system. In 2021, Hainan Province will innovate the price guidance mechanism for pharmaceutical procurement and procurement, horizontally obtain the online prices of various provinces and cities across the country, vertically compare the provincial procurement prices, set sales and procurement behavior monitoring indicators, carry out real-time online price analysis and monitoring, and conduct real-time online price analysis and monitoring for pharmaceutical companies and hospitals. Digital management of the whole process such as integral assessment and credit evaluation. This paper summarizes the main practices, innovations and effects of the price guidance mechanism for pharmaceutical procurement in Hainan Province, and provides reference for the policy diffusion of the pharmaceutical procurement price guidance mechanism and credit evaluation system.
