摘  要:松土器是挖掘机的可换工作装置之一,在长时间工作过程中常出现塑性变形和裂纹,部分零件受到的应力较大,易产生疲劳损伤。采用Creo软件建立挖掘机用松土器的三维数字化模型。在工况下,对于松土器的载荷情况进行分析,得出受力状况。利用Creo中集成的Simulation对松土器进行仿真分析,通过仿真得到了松土器的最大受力工况。基于仿真结果,对松土器的关键部位进行有限元分析,得到了松土器的应力分布云图、变形云图和安全系数,确定松土器的强度和刚度满足设计要求,但松土器所受应力有超出许用应力的情况,且超出部分主要出现在齿尖,因此需要对齿尖的结构进行改进,同时,还可以对主板和加强板进行改进,以减小其质量。为相关挖掘机用松土器的设计提供了理论依据和实用参考。Ripper is one of the exchangeable working devices of excavator,plastic deformation and cracks often appear in the process of long time work,some parts receive large stress and are prone to fatigue damage.The three-dimensional digital model of ripper for excavator was established by Creo software.Under the working condition,the load condition of the ripper was analyzed to obtain the stress condition.The ripper was simulated and analyzed by using the simulation integrated in Creo,and the maximum stress condition of the ripper was obtained through simulation.Based on the simulation results,the finite element analysis of the key parts of the ripper was carried out,and the stress distribution nephogram,deformation nephogram and safety factor of the ripper were obtained.It was determined that the strength and stiffness of the ripper meet the design requirements,and the stress of the ripper exceeded the allowable stress,and the excess part mainly occured at the tooth tip.Therefore,the structure of the tooth tip needed to be improved.At the same time,the main board and reinforcing plate could also be improved to reduce the quality.It provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the design of ripper for excavator.
