海洋平台钢桩内水泥清理技术研究

摘　　要：桩基式海洋废弃平台导管架拆除时,现有的排泥设备无法完成桩内水泥清理工作,在导管架拆除时就必须要先进行桩内水泥清理,而目前还没有成熟的钢桩内水泥清理设备。基于此,开展废弃海洋平台导管架钢桩内水泥清理技术研究,提出了一种海洋平台弃置拆除时桩内存在水泥情况的解决方法。在水泥清理装置的技术方案设计中包括整体结构设计、水下液压钻头系统设计、水下液压臂防扭转设计、水下推进系统设计、液压动力单元设计、控制系统设计等,同时进行了钻头选型分析、液压马达选型分析、液压缸选型分析。并使用Solidworks建立结构模型,在Ansys Workbench中进行结构有限元分析。通过技术研究,加工制作了一套钢桩内水泥清理设备原理样机,解决了在海洋平台废弃拆除时如何清理钢桩内存在的水泥的问题。When the jacket of pile foundation type offshore abandoned platform is demolished,the existing mud discharging equipment cannot complete the cement cleaning in the pile.When the jacket is demolished,the cement cleaning in the pile must be carried out first.However,there is no mature cement cleaning equipment in the steel pile at present.Based on this,the cement cleaning technology in the steel pile of the abandoned offshore platform jacket was studied,and a solution to the cement in the pile during the abandonment and removal of the offshore platform was proposed.The technical scheme design of the cement cleaning device included the overall structure design,the underwater hydraulic drill system design,the underwater hydraulic arm anti torsion design,the underwater propulsion system design,the hydraulic power unit design,the control system design,etc.at the same time,the drill bit selection analysis,the hydraulic motor selection analysis,and the hydraulic cylinder selection analysis were carried out.The structural model was established by SolidWorks and the structural finite element analysis was carried out in ANSYS Workbench.Through technical research,a set of principle prototype of cement cleaning equipment in steel pile was processed and manufactured,which solved the problem of how to clean the cement in steel pile when the offshore platform was abandoned and demolished.
