摘 要:烟粉虱(Bemisiatabaci)是世界性分布且危害严重的蔬菜花卉害虫.由于烟粉虱的抗药性及传统化学药剂施用潜在的负面影响,利用病原微生物、天敌昆虫等开展烟粉虱的生物防治一直是国内外学者们研究的重点与热点之一.本研究在室内条件下,分析了爪哇棒束孢(Isaria javanica)GZQ-1菌株和玫烟色棒束孢(Isariafumosorosea)YMS01菌株对烟粉虱(MEAM1隐种)不同虫态的致病力.结果表明,2种棒束孢昆虫病原真菌均能侵染烟粉虱各个龄期,且随着孢子浓度的升高,烟粉虱的死亡率不断上升;在1×10^(8)孢子/mL时,2株棒束孢对烟粉虱2龄若虫的感染致死率分别达到92.68%和78.12%;此外,2株棒束孢菌株对2龄若虫的致病力回归方程分别为y=0.421x-1.665,y=0.33x-1.646, LC_(50)值分别为9.01×10^(3)孢子/mL和9.74×10^(4)孢子/mL, LT_(50)为3.05 d和4.56 d.综上所述,本研究所评价的2株棒束孢均对烟粉虱有较高的致病力,且爪哇棒束孢对烟粉虱致病力优于玫烟色棒束孢,可以将2株棒束孢作为烟粉虱的优良生防菌株开展更深入的应用研究.Bemisia tabaci is a serious agricultural pest across the world. Entomopathogenic fungi, being an important external control factor of natural ecological regulation, can effectively reduce the number of pests through infection of insect thus showing an ideal control effect. This study investigated the pathogenicity of two Isaria strains, I. javanica GZQ-1 and I. fumosorosea YMS01, against the Middle East-Asia Minor(MEAM1) cryptic species of B. tabaci. The results showed that both strains can infect all the life stages of Bemisia tabaci and virulence was enhanced in a dose depend manner. The pathogenicity of I. javanica GZQ-1 and I. fumosorosea YMS01(when the concentration was 1×10^(8) conidia/mL) to the 2instar nymphs of B. tabaciwas 92.68% and 78.12%, respectively, theregression equations for I. javanica GZQ-1 and I. fumosorosea YMS01 pathogenicity werey=0.421 x-1.665, y=0.33 x-1.646, respectively. The median lethal concentration(LC_(_50)) of I. javanica GZQ-1 and I. fumosorosea YMS01 to the 2instar nymphs were 9.01×10^(3) and 9.74 ×10^(4) conidia/mL, respectively, while their median lethal time(LT_(50)) values to whitefly were 3.051 days and 4.557 days, respectively. In summary, the two Isaria strains used in current experiment can be excellent biological control agents of B. tabaci, and the pathogenic potential of I. javanica GZQ-1 was higher than I. fumosorosea YMS01. These results will improve the overall knowledge on application of entomopathogenic fungi forbiological control of B. tabaci.
