摘　　要：国家自然科学基金是中国政府资助基础研究的主要渠道,本文基于性别比较视角,研究了吉林大学2015-2018年国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年科学基金项目资助的性别差异。研究显示,女性在申请国家自然科学基金项目中处于劣势,表现为女性参与率低,女性申请成功率和平均资助强度都落后于男性,女性在获得国家自然科学基金面上项目存在“玻璃天花板”现象。The National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)is the main channel for Chinese government to fund basic research.This paper studies the gender bias in obtaining of NSFC general projects and youth science fund of Jilin University from 2015 to 2018 based on the perspective of gender comparison.The study indicates that women are at a disadvantage in applying for NSFC projects.In results,it shows that women's participation rate is low,women's application success rate and average funding intensity are behind men,and women have"glass ceiling"phenomenon in obtaining NSFC general projects.
