摘 要:土壤盐渍化是植物生长发育过程面临的主要非生物胁迫之一。植物激素脱落酸(ABA)在植物应对盐胁迫过程中发挥着重要作用。新近研究发现,分子伴侣信号路径中的热休克蛋白/热激转录因子(HSP/HSF)多个成员、表观遗传修饰也与植物应对盐胁迫密切相关。本文对ABA信号路径及其与分子伴侣信号路径以及表观遗传修饰协同调控植物盐胁迫应答机制进行综述,以期为植物应答盐等逆境胁迫研究提供新思路。Soil salinization is one of the main abiotic stresses faced by plants during growth and development.The abscisic acid(ABA)of plant hormone plays an important role in the response of plants to salt stress.Multiple members of the molecular chaperone signal pathway HSP/HSF and epigenetic modification are also closely related to the response of plants to salt stress.In this review,we summarized recent progresses on ABA signal pathway,and coordination of ABA signaling pathway,molecular chaperones pathway and the epigenetic modification in regulating salt stress responses in plants,which would provide new ideas for dissection of mechanisms of plants in response to salt stress.
