摘　　要：张浚担任川陕宣抚制置使后,提拔自己信任的武将掌管陕西五路军队,改变了原有的军事权力格局。出于政治与军事保险的目的,他罢免了曲端的兵权,最终成功集结陕西诸路军队,实现兵力的大统一,并为之提供充足的粮草保障,使陕西军事一盘散沙的局面有了一定的改善。也正因为有了这两项成果,所以张浚认为曲端、吴玠等人提出的军力不敌与地势不利的问题不足为虑,同时他选择沼泽和战车作为骑兵障碍以解决上述问题,充足的准备体现了张浚发动战争之主动性。然而,战前他却遭遇权势震主的弹劾,为了避免引起朝廷进一步猜忌,这场战争的发动又有其被动性。After Zhang Jun served as the envoy of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Xuanfu system,he promoted the military generals he trusted to take charge of the Shaanxi Fifth Route Army,which changed the original military power structure.Due to political and military insurance,he removed Quduan’s military power,and finally successfully assembled the troops of various routes in Shaanxi to achieve the unity of the forces,and provided them with sufficient food and grass security,which improved the situation of Shaanxi’s military.It is precisely because of these two achievements that Zhang Jun thought that the problems of military incompetence and unfavorable terrain raised by Qu Duan,Wu Jie and others were not a cause for concern.At the same time,he chose swamps and chariots as cavalry obstacles to solve the above problems.Zhang Jun started the war too hastily.The political logic behind this may be related to his impeachment in June of the same year.In order to avoid further suspicion from the court,Zhang Jun chose to start the war with his existing preparations.
