摘 要:针对将军戈壁二号露天煤矿剥离台阶爆破大块率偏高的问题,对爆破大块产生的部位和原因进行了分析。在不改变钻孔直径、炸药种类的条件下,结合该露天煤矿岩石结构,通过合理布置孔网参数、增加辅助孔、调整钻孔角度、采用高精度数码雷管逐孔起爆、严格设计和现场施工管理等措施,使爆破质量有了明显改善,爆破大块率显著下降,达到了改善爆破质量的目的。Aiming at the problem of the high rate of blasting large blocks in the stripping bench of Jiangjun Gebi No.2 Open-pit Coal Mine,the article analyzes the location and reasons of the blasting large blocks.Without changing the diameter of the borehole and the type of explosives,we combine with the rock structure of the open-pit coal mine.By rationally arranging the hole network parameters,adding auxiliary holes,adjusting the drilling angle,using high-precision digital detonators to detonate hole by hole,strict design and on-site construction management and other measures,the blasting quality significantly has been improved,and the rate of blasting large blocks has been significantly reduced,which achieve the goal of improving the quality of blasting.
