摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,国能集团准能洗煤厂进行生产工艺改造,从工艺改造使用弛张筛的必要性、利威尔弛张筛存在的问题、利威尔弛张筛的工程应用等方面进行了论述;采用利威尔弛张筛进行细粒深度筛分,降低了整个洗选系统的入洗煤泥量。结果表明:弛张筛结构可靠,筛分效率高,改造后的精煤产率和精煤热值都有明细提升,取得了良好的经济效益。Under the background of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals",the coal preparation plant of National Energy Group Zhunneng has conducted production process transformation.The article discusses the necessity of using flip-flow screen,the problems of Liwell flip-flow screen,and the application of Liwell flip-flow screen.Using Liwell flip-flow screen for deep screening of fine particles reduces the amount of coal slurry in the entire washing system.The results show that the flip-flow screen has reliable structure and high screening efficiency,and the refined coal yield and calorific value of refined coal have been improved after the modification,which has achieved good economic benefits.
