心理调护干预联合饮食护理模式在甲状腺手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理调护干预联合饮食护理模式在甲状腺手术患者中的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月河池市人民医院收治的甲状腺手术患者63例为观察对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组31例和观察组32例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采用心理调护干预联合饮食护理模式,比较两组患者的心理状态、生命体征及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、血压及心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺手术患者接受心理调护干预联合饮食护理模式可有效缓解患者的负性情绪,帮助其维持术中生命体征稳定,确保手术的顺利开展,护理满意度较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention combined with dietary nursing mode in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 63 thyroid surgery patients admitted to Hechi People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as observation objects.By random number table method,they were divided into the control group with 31 cases and the observation group with 32 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention combined with dietary nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state,vital signs and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score,blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention combined with dietary nursing mode in patients with thyroid surgery can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients,help them maintain the stability of vital signs during the operation,ensure the smooth operation of the operation,and have high nursing satisfaction.
