西部地区高等教育与区域经济协同发展研究

摘　　要：通过构建高等教育与区域经济综合评价指标体系,利用19992020年西部地区省际面板数据,综合运用变异系数法、线性加权法、耦合度和耦合协调度模型、障碍度模型等分析方法,实证考察了西部地区各省份高等教育与区域经济的协同发展水平及其主要障碍因素。研究结果表明,西部地区的高等教育与区域经济综合发展水平总体不高,但呈现波动式上升态势。西部地区的高等教育与区域经济的耦合协调度整体偏低,耦合协调类型包括轻度失调类、中度失调类和濒临失调类。在2016年和2020年两个代表年份中,高等教育子系统的障碍度总体低于区域经济子系统的障碍度,但在不同年份各子系统的障碍度变化特征存在明显差异;各省份高等教育与区域经济协同发展的主要障碍指标及障碍度排序出现明显变化。By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for higher education and regional economy,using the inter-provincial panel data in the western region from 1999 to 2020,and comprehensively using the coefficient of variation method,linear weighting method,coupling degree model,coupling coordination degree model,obstacle degree model and other analysis methods,the empirical study examines the coordinated development level of higher education and regional economy and its main obstacles in the provinces of the western region.The research results show that the overall development level of higher education and regional economy in the western region is not high,but it shows a fluctuating upward trend.The degree of coupling and coordination between higher education and regional economy in the western region is generally low,and the types of coupling and coordination include mild,moderate and near-disorder.In the two representative years of 2016 and 2020,the barrier degree of the higher education subsystem is generally lower than that of the regional economic subsystem,but there are obvious differences in the characteristics of the barrier degree change of each subsystem in different years.The main obstacle indicators and the ranking of obstacles to the coordinated development of higher education and regional economy in various provinces have changed significantly.
