摘  要:日用玻璃行业产生的污染物数量大,其中烟气中的二氧化硫需要有效去除才能达标排放。郓城县玻璃企业日用玻璃窑炉烟气首先采用双碱法脱硫技术,后用干法脱硫技术替代。以郓城县华杰玻璃有限公司为例,企业完成烟气脱硫技术改造,将烟气脱硫技术升级改造为小苏打脱硫剂+干法脱硫工艺+布袋除尘组合工艺。结果显示,新的干法脱硫技术脱硫效率在95%以上,每年减少脱硫废液320 m~3,脱硫效果好,投入和运行费用低,实现二氧化硫和颗粒物低质量浓度排放。A large number of pollutants from domestic glass industry were produced, and the flue gas was discharged with the removal of sulfur dioxide. Double alkali desulfurization technology was first used in domestic glass furnace in Yuncheng District glass enterprises, and then it was substituted for the dry desulfurization technology. Taking Yuncheng Huajie Glass Co., Ltd as an example, the flue gas desulfurization technology was updated. The novel flue gas desulfurization technology was baking soda as desulfurization agent, dry desulfurization technology and bag filter. The results indicated that the novel flue gas desulfurization technology showed the advantages of high efficiency(desulfurization ratio > 95%),environmentally friendly technology(reduction of waste liquid 320 m~3 per year), low cost of input and operation, which achieved the low concentration discharge of sulfur dioxide and particulate matter.
