摘 要:结合当前机械地膜回收机实际作业情况,针对地膜和杂物难分离的问题,设计了一种膜杂分离式地膜回收机。对机具中的收膜装置、二次输膜装置、纵向切膜机构和清杂装置等核心部件设计与计算分析。得出了圆盘锯齿形切膜刀半径为10~15 cm,起膜铲的入土倾角为15°~20°,收膜铲横向排列数量为6~8排,二次输膜滚筒钉齿倾角为45°和清杂装置的绞龙叶片螺旋角α≤90°-φ时,能够较好地满足残膜回收并且实现膜杂分离。Combined with the actual operation of the current mechanical recovery agricultural film, it is difficult to separate sundries in mechanized recycling mulch film at present stage, a film and sundries separation agricultural film recycling machine is designed.This paper focuses on the design, calculation and analysis of core components such as plastic film recovery device,Secondary film delivery device, film cutting mechanism and remove sundries device.Through theoretical analysis and calculation, the radius of disk serrated film cutter knife is 10 cm~15 cm, the dip angle of shovel up plastic film is 15°~20°, the number of Film collecting shovel transverse arrangement is 6-8 rows, the dip angle of nail tooth of secondary film feeding roller is 45°, and the helix angle of blade of remove sundries device is ɑ ≤ 90°-φ, the results can meet the requirements of residual membrane recovery and realize membrane impurity separation.
