青贮饲料添加剂的研究进展

摘　　要：青贮饲料具备柔软多汁、适口性好、营养丰富等优点,但可能出现分解不彻底、有害菌群大量繁殖等不利因素,因此制作青贮饲料过程中常使用青贮添加剂。青贮添加剂对青贮饲料起着促进发酵、抑制腐败、增加营养等作用,按其作用可以分为发酵促进剂、发酵抑制剂、好氧腐败抑制剂、营养和吸收剂。文章介绍了青贮饲料的发展历史,青贮饲料添加剂的主要作用,青贮饲料添加剂的种类和常见青贮饲料添加剂的特点,推动畜牧业的整体发展。Silage has the advantages of soft and juicy, good palatability and rich nutrition, but there may be some unfavorable factors such as incomplete decomposition and large-scale propagation of harmful bacteria, so silage additives are often used in the process of making silage. Silage additives can promote fermentation, inhibit spoilage and increase nutrition of silage. According to their functions, they can be divided into fermentation promoters, fermentation inhibitors, aerobic spoilage inhibitors, nutrition and absorbents.This paper introduces the development history of silage, the main functions of silage additives, the types of silage additives and the characteristics of common silage additives, so as to promote the overall development of animal husbandry.
