摘 要:基于微波多层板平面传输结构与三维集成垂直过渡结构,设计了一款Ka波段小型化宽带高隔离度馈电网络。该馈电网络由两个Wilkinson功分器组成,尺寸仅为24 mm×24 mm×0.75 mm,可以在35~41 GHz宽频带内实现高达45 dB的端口隔离度,且其插损稳定保持在4.5±1 dB。全波仿真与实测结果表明,所设计的馈电网络具有宽带、高隔离度特性,可以推广应用于毫米波雷达等系统。A wide-band high-isolation miniaturized Ka-band feed network based on the planar transmission structures and three-dimensional vertical transition structures was presented in this paper.This feed network was composed of two Wilkinson power dividers,the size of which is only 24 mm×24 mm×0.75 mm,which can achieve high port isolation of up to 45 dB and stable insertion loss of4.5±1 dB at 35-41 GHz.Full-wave simulated and measured results have demonstrated that this presented feed network has the transmission characteristics of wide-band and high port isolation,and can be applied to millimeter-wave radar and other systems.
