摘　　要：目的通过调查贵州某高校大一新生艾滋病防治知识知晓率,构建大一新生精准防艾教育干预模式,提升大学生防艾教育干预效果。方法对贵州某高校2406名大一新生用自行设计的“大学生艾滋病防治知识问卷表”进行自愿不记名问卷调查。结果该高校大一新生不同性别、不同生源地和不同专业艾滋病知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。男性艾滋病知识知晓率为85.24%,高于女生的81.35%;城镇学生知晓率为86.06%,高于农村学生的77.41%;理科学生知晓率最高,为83.25%,文科生为82.51%,体育与艺术学生知晓率最低,为80.69%。结论加强大一新生艾滋病防治知识教育,尤其是侧重加强女性、农村地区、体育与艺术类大一新生的艾滋病知识教育干预。Objective To build a precise intervention model of AIDS prevention education for freshmen and improve the forward effect of AIDS prevention education intervention for college students by investigating the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among freshmen in a university in Guizhou Province.Methods A total of 2 406 freshmen in a university in Guizhou Province were investigated with a self-designed "College Students’ AIDS Prevention and Control Knowledge Questionnaire".Results There were significant differences in the AIDS knowledge awareness rate among the three groups of freshmen of a university in Guizhou Province(P <0.001): the AIDS knowledge awareness rate of males was 85.24%, higher than that of female students(81.35%);the awareness rate of urban students was 86.06%, higher than 77.41% of rural students;the awareness rate of science students was 83.25%(the highest), the awareness rate of liberal art students was 82.51%, and the awareness rate of sports and art students was 80.69%(the lowest).Conclusion We should strengthen the AIDS prevention and control knowledge education of freshmen, especially the AIDS knowledge education intervention of female freshmen, freshmen from rural areas, and sports and art freshmen.
