低频脉冲康复治疗仪联合手法按摩对产妇产后泌乳及子宫康复的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨低频脉冲康复治疗仪联合手法按摩对产妇产后泌乳及子宫康复的影响。方法 选取于2018年9月—2019年10月期间在本院自然分娩的115例产妇,按随机数表方法分为对照组(58例,手法按摩护理)、观察组(57例,低频脉冲康复治疗仪联合手法按摩)。对比治疗后两组患者的产后泌乳和子宫康复情况。结果 干预后观察组泌乳充足率(75.44%)比对照组(51.72%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.974,P=0.008);观察组住院时间、宫缩持续时间、子宫入骨盆时间、产后出血、恶露时间、宫缩痛评分[(3.87±1.84)d、(2.13±0.34)h、(7.32±1.62)d、(90.37±23.64)mL、(3.45±0.57)d、(5.37±1.13)分]均比对照组[(6.72±3.75)d、(3.54±0.56)h、(11.34±2.27)d、(120.63±28.34)mL、(4.54±0.15)d、(7.42±1.23)分]低,差异有统计学意义((t=5.160,16.286,10.915,6.212,14.077,9.303,P<0.001))。结论 对产妇给予低频脉冲康复治疗仪联合手法按摩,可增加泌乳量,加快产后子宫恢复。Objective To explore the effect of low frequency pulse rehabilitation instrument combined withmassage on postpartum lactation and uterine rehabilitation.MethodsA total of 115 parturients who delivered naturally inour hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(58 cases,manualmassage nursing) and an observation group(57 cases,low frequency pulse rehabilitation therapy instrument combined withmanual massage).The postpartum lactation and uterine rehabilitation of the two groups were investigated and compared aftertreatment.ResultsAfter the intervention,the lactation adequacy rate of the observation group(75.44%) was higher thanthat of the control group(51.72%)(χ^(2)= 6.974,P = 0.008).The hospitalization time,duration of uterine contraction,time ofuterus entering pelvis,postpartum hemorrhage,lochia time and score of uterine contraction pain in the observation group[(3.87 ± 1.84) d,(2.13 ± 0.34) h,(7.32 ± 1.62) d,(90.37 ± 23.64) ml,(3.45 ± 0.57) d,(5.37 ± 1.13) points] were lower thanthose in the control group [(6.72 ± 3.75) d,(3.54 ± 0.56) h,(11.34 ± 2.27) d,(120.63 ± 28.34) ml,(4.54 ± 0.15) d,(7.42 ±1.23) points],and the differences were statistically significant(t = 5.160,16.286,10.915,6.212,14.077,9.303,all P <0.001).ConclusionLow frequency pulse rehabilitation therapy combined with manual massage can increase the amount oflactation and accelerate the recovery of postpartum uterus.
