摘 要:劲性混凝土有高强度、高质量和低造价等优势,在高层建筑结构中广泛使用。但在劲性混凝土施工中,容易产生钢骨与钢骨、钢骨与钢筋、钢筋与钢筋碰撞等一系列施工技术问题。论文以某土工离心机基础劲性混凝土施工为实例,通过采用BIM技术,分析土工离心机基础劲性混凝土中各构件之间的碰撞问题,优化模型,指导施工,提高效率;并将现场采集到的点云数据与优化后的模型比对,从而减少了施工误差,保证了施工质量。Rigid concrete has the advantages of high strength,high quality and low cost,and is widely used in high-rise building structures.However,in the construction of rigid concrete,it is easy to produce a series of construction technical problems,such as steel bone and steel bone,steel bone and steel bar,steel bar and steel bar collision and so on.Taking the construction of rigid concrete of geotechnical centrifuge foundation as an example,this paper analyzes the collision between components in the rigid concrete of geotechnical centrifuge foundation by using BIM Technology,optimizes the model,guides the construction and improves the efficiency;The point cloud data collected on site are compared with the optimized model,so as to reduce the construction error and ensure the construction quality.
