摘　　要：从当前我国村居改造项目特点及工程咨询现状入手,深入探究了村居改造项目中的全过程工程咨询要点,并提出了有关村居改造项目全过程工程咨询模式。相关人员在开展此项工作时,要明确自身工作职能,做好集成工程咨询业务,以此为政府投资村居改造项目的顺利开展奠定基础。此外,在完善全过程工程咨询模式时,需要确定咨询主导企业,做好工作界面划分,完善咨询相关工作制度,以此为后续工程咨询工作的开展提供依据,确保项目顺利开展。Based on the characteristics and current engineering consultation situation of the village residence renovation project in China,this paper probes into the whole process engineering consultation points of the village residence renovation project,and puts forward a consultation model of the whole process engineering of the village residence renovation project.When carrying out this work,relevant personnel should clarify their own work functions and do a good job of integrated engineering consultation,so as to lay the foundation for the smooth development of the government-invested village residential renovation project.In addition,when improving the whole-process engineering consulting mode,it is necessary to determine the consulting leading enterprise,divide the work interface well,and improve the consulting related work system,so as to provide the basis for the follow-up engineering consulting work and ensure the smooth development of the project.
