摘　　要：干燥综合征(Sj?gren syndrome,SS)是一种以外分泌腺上皮破坏、黏膜表面严重干燥为特征的慢性自身免疫性疾病,病因复杂。因SS表现广泛,与其他自身免疫性疾病的体征及症状重叠,故其准确诊断难度较大。目前,临床主要采用替代和对症治疗延缓病情,改善症状,但效果常不理想,且尚无根治方法。近年来,随着各种靶向药物的不断研发,出现了一些新的治疗方法及手段。现就近年来SS治疗药物作一综述,以期为临床用药提供一定参考。Sj?gren syndrome(SS) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by destruction of exocrine glandular epithelium and severe drying of mucosal surface,with complex etiology.It is difficult to diagnose SS accurately because of its extensive manifestations and overlapping of signs and symptoms with other autoimmune diseases.At present,substitution and symptomatic treatment are mainly used in clinic to delay the disease and improve symptoms,but the effect is often not ideal,and there is no radical cure.In recent years,with the continuous development of various targeted drugs,some new theatments and means have emerged in the clinical treatment of SS.This article reviewed the therapeutic drugs of SS in recent years in order to provide reference for clinical medication.
