摘 要:通过对宜昌花果树磷矿及走马岭磷矿的重液浮沉试验和重介质选矿的试验分析,阐述了重液浮沉试验对宜昌磷矿重介质选矿的作用与意义,主要体现在对原矿重选可选性的评价作用和对重介质选矿工艺及设备的分选效率、分选精度等进行评价与考查。通过对杉树垭磷矿X射线选矿精矿、尾矿的重液浮沉试验,阐明重液浮沉试验亦可对X射线选矿系统的分选效率、分选精度等进行分析、评价。Based on the analysis of heavy-liquid floatation test and heavy-medium beneficiation test of Huaguoshu and Zoumaling phosphate ores in Yichang,the effect and significance of heavy-liquid flotation test on heavy-medium beneficiation of Yichang phosphate ores are expounded,it is mainly reflected in the evaluation of the undressed ore gravity beneficiability and the evaluation and examination of the heavy medium beneficiation process and equipment separation efficiency and separation precision.Through the evaluation of the heavy liquid floating and sinking test of the Xray beneficiation concentrate and tailings of Shanshuya phosphate mine,it is clarified that the heavy liquid floating and sinking test can also analyze and evaluate the separation efficiency and separation precision of the Xray beneficiation system.
