摘  要:为快速、准确地检测出环境空气或废气中氨的浓度,介绍了纳氏试剂的配制方法及氨的检测原理,应用该方法对工业废气中的氨进行检测。结果表明:该方法检出限为0.05 mg/m^(3),加标回收率在91.5%~97.9%,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数为0.9995,符合对工业废气中氨的测定需要,可为环境监测人员提供借鉴。In order to rapidly and accurately detect ammonia in the environment or waste gas,the study introduces the preparation method of Nessler’s reagent and the detection principle of ammonia,and uses this method to detect the ammonia in the industrial waste gas.The results show that the detection limit of this method is 0.05 mg/m_(3),the recovery rate of standard addition is between 91.5% and 97.9%,the standard curve has good linearity,and the correlation coefficient is 0.9995,which meets the needs of the determination of ammonia in the industrial waste gas,and also provides reference for the environmental monitoring personnel.
