摘  要:摇床选矿是重选领域的一种经典方法,由于该种设备其无污染,能耗低,设备简单,适应性强等优点,被广泛应用于重金属选别领域。而现有摇床由于机构固定,其运动参数受到固定机构的限制,可调范围小。以云锡式摇床作为研究对象,通过计算流体力学Fluent软件,对床面固液两相流场进行数值模拟,分析摇床的运动参数对流场特性以及分选性能的影响。以目前较为常用的两相流模型,针对选矿摇床,选择欧拉-欧拉双流体模型和Realizable k-ε湍流模型对床面流场进行数值模拟。探讨了摇床矿物选别时,薄层斜面流的选别原理及其流动特性,并对单颗粒在流场中的受力进行分析。针对给定矿物,分析不同粒度的矿物颗粒在流场中的分选规律;采用不同的冲程冲次分别对石英、锡矿颗粒对床面流场进行模拟,并结合结果分析不同冲程和冲次对选矿的影响。Shaking table beneficiation is a classical method in the field of heavy metal separation, because the equipment has the advantages of no pollution, low energy consumption, simple equipment, strong adaptability and so on, which is widely used in the field of heavy metal separation.However, due to the fixed mechanism, the movement parameters of the existing shaker are limited by the fixed mechanism and the adjustable range is small.The cloud tin shaker is taken as the research object, and the solid-liquid two-phase flow field on the bed surface is numerically simulated by the software Fluent of computational fluid dynamics, and the influence of the motion parameters of the shaker on the flow field characteristics and sorting performance is analyzed.The Euler-Euler two-fluid model and Realizable k-ε turbulence model are used to simulate the flow field on the bed surface of a dressing shaker.The separation principle and flow characteristics of thin layer inclined plane flow in mineral separation by shaking table are discussed, and the force of single particle in flow field is analyzed.With a given mineral, the separation law of different particle size mineral particles in the flow field is analyzed.The flow field of quartz and tin ore particles on the bed surface was simulated with different stroke times, and the influence of different stroke and stroke times on mineral processing was analyzed with the results.
