摘　　要：拜登政府执政后,秉持自由国际主义战略的自由鹰派全面重掌外交安全领域权力,将修复美国霸权作为优先工作,并据此维持特朗普政府开启的对华战略竞争。相比之前,自由鹰派完善了对华竞争的战略逻辑、细化了相关政策布局、调整了竞争的限度空间,使之更加符合民主党的总体议程,但其政策推进面临内外挑战。自由鹰派主导下的对华战略竞争并不符合中美两国和世界的利益,中美关系健康稳定发展需要美方更加理性务实的政策。Since the Biden administration came to power,the liberal hawks who uphold liberal internationalist strategy have regained significant influence in foreign affairs and national security,prioritized the repairing of US hegemony and maintained the strategic competition with China initiated by the Trump administration.Compared with the Trump administration’s paradigm of competition,liberal hawks in the Biden administration have improved the strategic logic of competition with China,refined the relevant policy layout to make it more compatible with the overall agenda of the Democratic Party.Enhancing strategic competition with China under the leadership of liberal hawks is neither in the interests of China nor the United States nor the whole world.The healthy and stable development of China–US relations requires more rational and pragmatic policies from the US side.
