摘  要:目的:盐角草是一种广泛分布的一年生盐生植物,产生不同形态的种子,中间较大的种子[带翅型(A型)]位于中心部分,而较小的种子[不带翅型(B型)]位于两侧。基于盐角草具有富锂特征和高耐性,探索盐角草两种异型性种子萌发对不同浓度LiCl溶液的响应差异。方法:本研究以盐角草为研究对象,采用培养皿法研究不同浓度LiCl溶液处理下盐角草种子及幼苗耐锂特性。结果:盐角草种子萌发具有高耐锂性,但是两种种子耐锂性具有显著差异性。随LiCl浓度升高,盐角草A型种子的萌发率先升高后降低,在200 mmol·L^(-1)萌发率为最高;而B型种子随其浓度升高有降低趋势,耐锂性显著低于A型种子。随LiCl浓度增加,盐角草A型种子α-淀粉酶活性增加,盐角草B型种子α-淀粉酶活性先增加后下降;随LiCl浓度增加MDA含量先增加后降低,在高浓度下A型种子其含量显著高于B型种子。结论:盐角草萌发时期具有较高的锂耐受性,异型性种子的萌发对锂的响应表现出较大的差异。Objective:Salicornia europaea L. is a widely distributed annual halophyte,which produces different forms of seeds. The middle larger seed[winged,type(A)]is located in the central part,while the smaller seed[wingless,type(B)]is located on both sides. Based on the lithium rich characteristics and high tolerance of S. europaea,the response differences of dimorphic seeds germination to different concentrations of LiCl solution were explored. Methods:The lithium tolerance characteristics of seeds and seedlings of S. europaea under the treatment of different concentrations of LiCl solution were studied by Petri dish method. Results:The seed germination of S. europaea had high lithium tolerance,but the lithium tolerance of the dimorphic seeds was significantly different. With the increase of LiCl concentration,the germination of A-type seeds of S. europaea first increased and then decreased,with the highest at 200 mmol·L^(-1).The lithium tolerance of type B seeds was significantly lower than that of type A seeds. With the increase of LiCl concentration,α-amylase activity of type A seeds of S. europaea increased,but α-amylase activity of S. europaea B-type seeds increased first and then decreased. With the increase of LiCl concentration,MDA content first increased and then decreased. At high concentration,the MDA content of type A seeds was significantly higher than that of type B seeds. Conclusion:S. europaea has high lithium tolerance during germination,and the germination of dimorphic seeds shows great differences in response to lithium.
