摘  要:本文分别对不同地区玉米及其副产品中铜、铁、锰、锌含量进行分析,探索并讨论其含量对配合饲料微量元素总量的影响。本研究收集了来自不同地区的玉米55份、玉米DDGS44份、玉米胚芽粕46份和玉米蛋白粉38份,共计183份样品。结果表明,玉米及其3种副产品中铜、铁、锰、锌4种微量元素的平均含量分别为4.6、172.7、12.5、31.2mg/kg。不同副产品间铜、铁、锰、锌含量差异较大,变异系数分别为66.4%、82.1%、92.7%、66.8%。不同地区玉米及其副产品中微量元素铜、铁、锰、锌含量参差不齐。本研究结果对饲料营养配方的优化起到重要参考作用,对环境保护和饲料安全生产起到推动作用,为合理使用微量元素添加剂产品提供数据支持。In this paper,the contents of copper,iron,manganese and zinc in corn and its by-products in different regions were analyzed,and the influence of their contents on the total amount of trace elements in compound feed was explored and discussed. A total of 183 samples of 55 corn samples,44 corn DDGS samples,46 corn germ meal samples,and 38 corn gluten meal samples from different regions were collected and tested. The results showed that the average contents of copper,iron,manganese and zinc in corn and its three by-products were 4.6,172.7,12.5 and 31.4 mg/kg. The contents of copper,iron,manganese,and zinc vary greatly among different by-products,and the coefficients of variation are 66.4%,82.1%,92.7%,66.8%. The content of copper,iron,manganese and zinc in corn and its by-products in different regions is uneven,and the use of compound feed will affect the total content of trace elements,which may cause the excess of the upper limit of the Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No. 2625. The results of this paper can optimize the nutritional formula of feed,promote environmental protection,feed safety,and provide support for the rational use of trace element additive products.
