焦作地区畜禽配合饲料中铜、锌含量的分析研究

摘  要:为了解焦作地区配合饲料中铜、锌微量元素含量,对2019—2021年在焦作地区采集的饲料样品进行分析,采用GB/T13885-2017中干灰化-原子吸收分光光度法(火焰法)测定饲料中铜、锌的含量。结果显示,配合饲料样品中铜、锌元素含量均存在超出农业农村部公告第2625号最高限量值的现象。仔猪配合饲料中铜元素超出比例为2%,禽类配合饲料铜元素超出比例为10%。仔猪配合饲料中锌元素超出比例为31.1%,禽类配合饲料锌元素超出比例为32.5%。配合饲料中锌元素超出规定最高限量值的情况明显比铜元素超出规定最高限量值的情况严重,值得注意。但饲料中铜、锌元素含量的平均值都在逐年下降,超出比例也在逐年下降。This study was conducted to understand the content of trace elements of copper and zinc in compound feed in Jiaozuo area,the contents of copper and zinc in feed samples collected in Jiaozuo area from 2019 to 2021 were analyzed. The contents of copper and zinc in feed were determined by GB/T 13885-2017 medium dry ash atomic absorption spectrophotometry(flame method).The results show that :The content of copper and zinc elements in the compound feed samples exceeded the maximum value of the Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No. 2625.The excess copper element in the piglet compound feed is 2%,and the excess copper element in the poultry compound feed is 10%.The excess of zinc in the compound feed of piglets is 31.1%,and the excess of zinc in the compound feed of poultry is 32.5%. The situation of zinc element exceeding the prescribed maximum limit value in compound feed is obviously more serious than that of copper element exceeding the prescribed maximum limit value,which is worthy of attention.However,the average content of copper and zinc in feed is declining year by year,and the excess proportion is also declining year by year.
