摘 要:文章旨在探究饲喂不同饲草对哈萨克马血液生化指标的影响。试验选择年龄、体重相近且健康的哈萨克马母马12匹,随机分为2组,分别为牧草组和玉米秸秆组,每组6匹。其中,所有试验马匹饲喂同一营养水平的精料补充料,牧草组马匹饲喂牧草,玉米秸秆组马匹饲喂玉米秸秆,所有马匹均自由采食粗饲料和饮水,饲养1个月后,于试验最后1天早晨采集马匹血液样品,处理后测定。结果表明:(1)牧草组马匹血红蛋白含量显著低于玉米秸秆组马匹16.97%(P=0.024),平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度也显著低于玉米秸秆组(P <0.05),而血小板压积牧草组高于玉米秸秆组(P <0.05),白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、中性粒细胞数、红细胞数、血小板数等指标间两组马匹无差异显著性(P> 0.05)。(2)牧草组马匹血浆总蛋白、球蛋白、脂肪酶、葡萄糖、总胆固醇等含量及白球比显著高于玉米秸秆组(P <0.05),而总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆汁酸及总甘油三酯含量显著低于玉米秸秆组(P <0.05)。综上所述,饲喂玉米秸秆或牧草对哈萨克马的血常规指标影响较小,饲喂牧草的马匹有更强的蛋白代谢能力和利用能力,饲喂哈萨克马时,牧草效果更优于玉米秸秆。The aim of this study was to explore the effects of different forage grasses feeding on blood biochemical indexes in Kazakh horses. 12 healthy Kazakh mare mares of similar age and weight were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,namely the forage group and the corn straw group,each group of 6 horses. Among them,all the test horses were fed the same nutrient level of concentrate supplements,the horses in the forage group were fed forage,the horses in the corn straw group were fed corn stalks,all the horses were free to eat roughage and drink water,and after 1 month of rearing,the horse blood samples were collected on the morning of the last day of the trial and measured after treatment. The results showed that the hemoglobin content of the horses in the forage group was significantly lower than that of the horses in the maize straw group by 16.97%(P=0.024),and the average hemoglobin concentration of erythrocytes was also significantly lower than that in the maize straw group(P < 0.05),while the platelet hematocrit forage group was higher than that in the maize straw group(P < 0.05),and there was no difference between the number of white blood cells,lymphocytes,neutrophils,red blood cells,platelet count and other indicators(P > 0.05).(2)The forage total protein,globulin,lipase,glucose,total cholesterol and white globulin ratio of horses in the forage group were significantly higher than those in the corn straw group(P < 0.05),while the total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase,total bile acid and total triglyceride content were significantly lower than those in the corn straw group(P < 0.05). In summary,feeding corn straw or forage has less effect on Kazakh horse blood routine indicators,and horses fed forage have stronger protein metabolism and utilization ability,and when feeding Kazakh horses,the forage effect is better than that of corn straw.
