摘 要:文章旨在研究极低盐度条件下(2‰盐度)养殖凡纳滨对虾对饲料中以甘氨酸锰为锰源的锰需求量。以酪蛋白与明胶为基础饲料的蛋白源,以甘氨酸锰为锰源,在基础饲料中添加0、5、10、20、30、60、90mg/kg的锰,进行为期10周的养殖试验,研究2‰盐度下凡纳滨对虾对饲料锰的需要量。在养殖试验开始前,对凡纳滨对虾虾苗逐步淡化驯养,并投喂不添加锰的基础饲料养殖2周。试验结果表明,各组对虾成活率没有显著差异,肌肉中的脂肪与蛋白含量也没有显著性差异,但增重率、血清锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD酶)活力、肝胰腺指数及各组织中的铜、锌、铁与锰含量显著性受饲料锰含量的影响。结合对虾增重率与相关生理反应,以甘氨酸锰为锰源时,建议低盐度养殖对虾饲料锰需求量为20mg/kg。The purpose of this paper is to study the manganese demand of Litopenaeus vannamei Cultured in very low salinity(2 ‰ salinity)water using glycine manganese as feed manganese source. Using casein and gelatin as the protein source of the basic feed,glycine manganese as the manganese source,and adding 0,5,10,20,30,60 and 90 mg/kg manganese to the basic feed,the culture experiment was conducted for 10 weeks. Prior to the experiment,the larvae of Litopenaeus vannamei were gradually desalinated and domesticated,and fed with basic feed without manganese for 2 weeks. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the survival rate of shrimp in each group,and there was no significant difference in the content of fat and protein in muscle,but the weight gain rate,serum Mn-SOD enzyme activity,hepatopancreas index and copper,zinc,iron and manganese content in various tissues were significantly affected by manganese content in feed. According to the weight gain rate and relevant physiological reactions of shrimp,it is suggested that the manganese demand of shrimp feed in low salinity water was recommended to be 20 mg/kg when glycine manganese is used as the manganese source.
