摘 要:为研究日粮不同代谢能(ME)和蛋氨酸(Met)水平对蛋鸡产蛋中后期羽毛覆盖率的影响,试验选用39周龄京红1号商品蛋鸡432只,随机分为3个试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复24只鸡。试验I组ME 11.42 MJ/kg、Met 0.42%;试验II组ME 11.07 MJ/kg、Met 0.42%;试验III组ME 11.07 MJ/kg、Met 0.38%。预饲期4 W,试验期20 W。试验期测定产蛋率、蛋重、日耗料及料蛋比等生产性能指标;对预饲期39周龄、试验中期55周龄和试验结束62周龄进行羽毛覆盖率评分测定。结果表明:Met水平相同时,高ME(11.42 MJ/kg)显著提高了京红1号产蛋中后期的产蛋率、平均蛋重,降低了破蛋率及料蛋比(P<0.05),ME水平未对羽毛覆盖率产生显著影响(P>0.05);ME水平相同时,Met水平对产蛋率、日耗料、料蛋比无显著影响(P>0.05),高Met(0.42%)显著提高了平均蛋重,显著降低了羽毛覆盖率(P<0.05)。综上,ME 11.42 MJ/kg、Met 0.42%可获得最优的生产性能,ME 11.07 MJ/kg、Met 0.38%可获得最佳的羽毛覆盖率。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dietary metabolic energy(ME)and methionine(Met)levels on feather coverage in the middle and later stages of laying hens,43239-week-old Jing Brown I commercial laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 24 hens in each replicate.Test group I ME 11.42 MJ/kg,Met 0.42%;test group II ME 11.07 MJ/kg,Met 0.42%;test group III ME 11.07 MJ/kg,Met 0.38%.The pre-feeding period was 4 weeks and the experimental period was 20 weeks.During the experiment,the production performance indexes such as egg production rate,egg weight,daily feed consumption and feed-egg ratio were measured,and the feather coverage scores were measured at 39 weeks of pre-feeding,55 weeks of mid-experiment and 62 weeks of age at the end of the experiment.The results showed that at the same Met level,high ME(11.42 MJ/kg)significantly increased egg laying rate and average egg weight,decreased egg breaking rate and feed-egg ratio,while ME level had no effect on feather coverage.When the level of ME was the same,the level of Met had no significant effect on the laying rate,daily feed consumption and feed-egg ratio.High Met(0.42%)significantly increased the average egg weight and significantly reduced the feather coverage.ME 11.42 MJ/kg and Met 0.42%could get the best production performance,ME 11.07 MJ/kg and Met 0.38%could get the best feather coverage.
