摘　　要：本试验旨在探究酵母培养物对湖羊体外瘤胃发酵特性、采食量和生长性能的影响。体外试验中,在培养底物中添加0(对照组)、1%的酵母培养物,在体外模拟瘤胃发酵培养72 h后,测定产气量和瘤胃发酵特性参数。动物试验选取日龄、体重相近的湖羊72只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只羊。其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验组在基础日粮中分别添加10 g/(只·d)酵母培养物A(试验I组)和酵母培养物B(试验II组),试验持续60 d。体外试验结果表明:培养底物中添加酵母培养物可显著提高体外瘤胃72 h累积产气量、干物质消化率、微生物蛋白含量和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度(P<0.05)。动物试验结果表明:饲粮中添加酵母培养物使湖羊干物质采食量分别增加10.32%和2.92%,日增重分别增加16.14%和5.09%,净增重分别为1.68kg/只和0.59kg/只(P<0.05);与试验II组相比,试验I组采食量和日增重分别提升7.19%和10.15%,净增重提升1.09 kg/只。综上所述,不同酵母培养物对湖羊瘤胃发酵特性和生长性能的提升存在差异,添加10 g/(头·d)酵母培养物A对湖羊干物质采食量和生长性能效果最佳。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of yeast culture on in vitro rumen fermentation characteristics,feed intake and growth performance of Hu sheep.In the in vitro experiment,0(control group)and 1%yeast culture were added to the culture substrate,the gas production and rumen fermentation characteristic parameters were measured after 72 hours of simulated rumen fermentation in vitro.In the animal experiment,72 Hu sheep of similar age and weight were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,6 replicates in each group,and 4 sheep per replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet and the experimental group added 10 g/(head·d)yeast cultures A(group I)and yeast culture B(group II)to the base diet,respectively,the experiment lasted 60 d.In vitro experiments showed that adding yeast culture to the culture substrate significantly increased the 72 h cumulative gas production,dry matter digestibility,microbial protein content and total volatile fatty acid concentration of the rumen in vitro(P<0.05).The results of animal experiments showed that the addition of yeast culture to the diet increased the feed intake of dry matter of Hu sheep by 10.32%and 2.92%,the average daily gain was increased by 16.14%and 5.09%(P<0.05),and the net weight gain was 1.68 kg/pc and 0.59 kg/pc,respectively.Compared with group II,the feed intake of dry matter and average daily gain of group I increased by 7.19%and 10.15%,and the net weight increase was increased by 1.09 kg/pc,respectively.In conclusion,there were differences in the improvement of rumen fermentation characteristics and growth performance of Hu sheep by different yeast cultures,and the addition of 10 g/(head·d)yeast culture A had the best effect on both feed intake and growth performance.
