摘　　要：目的构建一个全面、科学、便捷的慢性疼痛综合评估方案,为临床医护人员开展有效的慢性疼痛评估提供积极支持。方法以慢性疼痛的生物-心理-社会模式为理论基础,通过文献分析法初步拟定慢性疼痛综合评估方案,采用Delphi法邀请26名临床、护理与科研专家对拟定的综合评估方案进行了两轮专家函询,通过对结果进行统计分析,最终确立慢性疼痛综合评估方案。结果两轮专家函询的问卷回收率分别为100%和80.77%,权威系数分别为0.966和0.968,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.338和0.293(P<0.01);最终确定的慢性疼痛综合评估方案包括4个评估维度、19项评估内容和4个评估工具。结论慢性疼痛综合评估方案具有实用性、创新性、科学性、专业性,可有效提高临床慢性疼痛患者的评估效率,为慢性疼痛患者的护理与诊疗效果的提升提供有力支持。Objective To construct a comprehensive,scientific and convenient chronic pain comprehensive assessment program,so as to provide a positive support for clinical medical staff to carry out effective chronic pain assessment.Methods Based on the Biopsychosocial model of chronic pain,a comprehensive assessment program of chronic pain was initially developed through literature analysis.The Delphi method was used to invite 26 clinical,nursing and scientific research experts to carry out two rounds of expert consultation on the proposed comprehensive evaluation plan.Through statistical analysis of the results,the comprehensive evaluation plan of chronic pain was finally established.Results The effective return rates of the questionnaires in 2 rounds of expert consultation were 100%and 80.77%,with authority coefficients of 0.966 and 0.968,and Kendall harmony coefficients of 0.338 and 0.293 respectively(P<0.01).The final program included 4 assessment dimensions,19 assessment contents and 4 assessment tools.Conclusion The comprehensive assessment program of chronic pain is practical,innovative,scientific and professional,which can effectively improve the evaluation efficiency of clinical patients with chronic pain,and provide strong support for the improvement of nursing and diagnosis and treatment effect of patients with chronic pain.
