项目管理法在儿科基数药品质量管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨项目管理法在儿科基数药品质量管理中的应用效果。方法2020年7月至12月对15个儿科病区基数药品通过项目启动、项目计划、项目实施、项目验收4个阶段实施项目化管理;2020年1月至6月基数药品采用护理人员管理,比较实施项目管理前后基数药品品种、数量、管理合格率及清点工作效率。结果实施项目管理后儿科病区基数药品品种及数量下降,基数药品管理合格率提升;日清点耗时、周质量检查耗时均低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论项目管理法在儿科病区基数药品管理中应用效果良好,跨团队协作、全流程多方位保障、可视化标识分区、储存动态预警,多维化精准指导,能有效提升病区基数药品管理质量,节约护士清点耗时,达到实时精准化管理。Objective To explore the application effect of project management method in the quality management of pediatric cardinal drugs.Methods From July to December 2020,a total of 15 pediatric wards cardinal drug imptemented through project initiation,project planning,project implementation and project acceptance four stages.From January to June 2020 the cardinal drug management nursing staff was used for management,the variety,quantity,management qualification rate and counting efficiency of the cardinal drug were compared before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation of project management,the variety and quantity of cardinal drugs in pediatric ward decreased,and the qualified rate of cardinal drugs management increased.The daily counting time and weekly quality inspection time were lower than those of the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application effect of project management method in pediatric ward cardinal drug management is good.Cross-team cooperation,multi-directional guarantee of the whole process,visual identification and zoning,storage dynamic warning and multi-dimensional accurate guidance can effectively improve the quality of ward cardinal drug management,save the count time consumption of nurses,and achieve real-time accurate management.
