摘　　要：目的探讨一站式护理在冠状动脉和头颈动脉血管造影中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法将符合标准的120例患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规冠状动脉、头颈动脉血管联合造影及常规护理,观察组采用一站式冠状动脉和头颈动脉血管CTA造影护理,比较两组患者检查完成时间、对比剂用量、不良反应、护理满意度。结果观察组患者检查等待时间明显缩短(P<0.01),对比剂用量及患者不良反应发生率明显降低(P<0.01),护理满意度评分明显提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论一站式护理明显缩短了患者冠状动脉和头颈动脉血管联合CTA造影等待时间,降低对比剂用量及不良反应发生率,提升了护理满意度。Objective To explore the establishment and application effect of one-stop arteries coronary and head and neck angiography nursing procedures.Methods By using the convenience sampling method,120 patients conformed to the standard,that were divided into observation group and control group,the control group were given normal coronary arteries CTA,head and neck arteries CTA angiography and conventional nursing care,the observation group were given one-stop coronary arteries and head and neck arteries angiography nursing process,compared the completion time of check,dosage of contrast agent,adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the waiting time for examination was significantly shortened(P<0.01),the dosage of contrast agent and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and nursing satisfaction scores were significantly improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion One-stop coronary arteries and head and neck nursing process can significantly shorten patients waiting time,reduce the amount of contrast agent and the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
