摘 要:为解决城峰煤矿1^(#)煤层首采区回采巷道变形破坏严重的问题,通过实地监测、相似模拟、理论分析等手段,对巷道围岩失稳破坏机制及合理区段煤柱尺寸进行研究。研究结果表明:巷道表现为两帮挤压流动失稳和顶板压缩错动失稳,设计锚网索+多向可伸缩异形棚联合支护方案,合理的区段保护煤柱宽度为7.5~12.5 m,010105回风顺槽应用期间围岩整体稳定,支护效果良好。In order to solve the problem of serious deformation and destruction of mining roadway in the first mining area of the 1^(#) coal seam in Chengfeng Coal Mine,the instability failure mechanism and reasonable section coal pillar size of roadway surrounding rock are studied by means of field monitoring,similar simulation and theoretical analysis.The study shows that the roadway is characterized by two-side extrusion flow instability and roof compression dislocation instability,and the combined support scheme of anchor mesh cable+multi-directional retractable special-shaped shed is designed.The reasonable width of section protection coal pillar is 7.5-12.5 m,during the application of the 010105 return air trough,the surrounding rock is stable as a whole,and the supporting effect is good.
